rooms cannot exceed 250 sqft or they are considered 2 rooms. we do provide a measuring stick in some cases for proper measurements.

price does not include rotovac. for each room that uses the Rotovac, there is an additional $20-$40 depending on the size of the area.

Each area in the house is considered as 1 room unless the room is l-shaped or a very large area (proper price adjustments will take place in these situations).
Upholstery (estimate)

​pricing is based on how big each piece is, whether the seat and backs are attached to the frame, how soiled the material is and the type of material it was upholstered with.
sectional sofas - $125-???

sofa's that are "l-shaped" or "horseshoe" shaped are considered as a sectional sofa because it's made into "section's"

sectional sofa's are $10 per foot and they are measured in the back. (arms not included)

there is a $125 minimum charge for any sectional sofa that is cleaned.
Commercial carpet

price depends on how many sqft the job is for, how soiled the carpet is and how long it will take to complete the job.
